We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Exhibition Booth Designer to conceptualize, design, and execute engaging exhibition booths and experiential spaces. The ideal candidate combines strong design aesthetics with practical knowledge of materials, fabrication, and on-site execution to create immersive brand experiences at trade shows, expos, and events.

Job Description

  • Conceptualize and design exhibition booths, pavilions, kiosks, and experiential spaces
  • Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and client briefs
  • Produce 2D layouts, 3D models, and photorealistic renderings
  • Prepare technical drawings, material specifications, and production files
  • Coordinate with project managers, fabricators, vendors, and installers
  • Ensure designs comply with venue regulations, safety standards, and budget constraints
  • Support on-site setup, troubleshooting, and final styling when required
  • Stay updated on exhibition trends, materials, and experiential design innovations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in exhibition, event, or spatial design
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Understanding of booth construction methods, materials, lighting, and AV integration
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
