Job Description

  1. Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the exhibitions, events, and interior fit-out sectors
  2. Leverage your extensive B2B sales experience to identify and secure high-value business opportunities in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing.
  3. Lead pitches and develop strategic proposals, collaborating closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, design, development) to deliver tailored, comprehensive solutions.
  4. Act as a trusted consultant to event organisers and exhibitors, ensuring their brands achieve maximum visibility and impact.
  5. Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients through consistent, meaningful engagement.
  6. Oversee project management tasks as required, ensuring seamless coordination and communication between all stakeholders to guarantee successful event execution.
  7. Work with our Internal Design and Operations team to ensure proposals and fabrication adhere to client requirements.
  8. Reports back to Sales Director on the monthly data.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in B2B sales related jobs
  3. Proven track record in sales, added bonus for experience in the exhibition and conference industry
  4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a portfolio of successful deals and client relationships.
  5. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
  6. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  7. Prior experience managing projects or leading initiatives will be highly valued.
